In this engaging session, you will reflect upon, identify and prioritize your values and motivators, and answer the question, “What’s important to me?” We’ll also explore how these preferences can give insight into your optimal career path, from what types of positions are a good fit for you, to what work environment and team dyanmic you would thrive in.

You’ll see that awareness of your values and motivators is the foundation to a successful and rewarding career!

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this session you will be able to:

  • Define a value and describe why it is important
  • Articulate your values and prioritize which ones are most meaningful to you
  • Reflect on how your values influence your life
  • Determine your next steps now that you have this information
